You Have the Power to Change Your Tomorrow!

Bridge 2 Resilience is dedicated to helping youth like you who have experienced trauma and struggle with mental wellness. We provide assessment and treatment, as well as access to a network of collaborators to offer evidence-based diagnosis and free treatment for substance use and mental health disorders. This will prevent incarceration and homelessness.

By prioritizing prevention and early intervention, we aim to help you become vital members of your community, contributing to your success and those around you.

Our work is not possible without the support of individuals and organizations in our community.

Why Your Mental Health Matters

You’re not alone. Mental health problems in youth often go hand-in-hand with other health and behavioral risks like increased risk of drug use, experiencing violence, and higher risk sexual behaviors that can lead to HIV, STDs, and unintended pregnancy.

Because many health behaviors and habits are established in adolescence that will carry over into adult years, it is very important to help youth develop good mental health.

Statistics below about youth mental health in the United States are from the CDC and NIH and NAMI.

of Florida teens who have depression did not receive any care in the last year
0 %
of US high school students seriously considered attempting suicide
0 %
of US children living below the poverty line experience mental illness
0 %
