Bridge 2 Resilience is dedicated to helping all patients who have experienced trauma, substance use disorder, and who struggle with mental wellness. We provide assessment and treatment, as well as access to a network of collaborators to offer evidence-based diagnosis and treatment for substance use and mental health disorders. This will prevent incarceration and homelessness.

Highly effective in engaging patients with any behavioral health illness in their care, peer-to-peer support provides a unique form of understanding, an empowering environment, empathy, and reduces stigma through shared experience.
We will gather information about the patient’s symptoms, medical history, and family history. This may involve a clinical interview with the patient, as well as interviews with family members or other caregivers.
Once enough information has been gathered, the mental health professional will compare the patient’s symptoms and history to the standard diagnostic criteria to determine next steps.
